One-on-one consulting on the fundamentals of real world success.
There are great career coaches who guide clients through the amazing journey of self-discovery, where they can identify work environments ideal for their personality, achieve work/life balance, and find personal fulfillment.
We don’t do that.
Our clients come to us with two goals: to get a job and to build a career. What they need is help developing and implementing strategies to achieve them. Law schools teach about the theory of law, and law firms teach about the practice of law—but neither gives much help when it comes these goals.
We do.
We give our coaching clients the tools they need to get their legal careers off the ground. We take an accountability approach to coaching—working with our clients to develop step-by-step action plans that address their individual needs and help them achieve their goals. Our clients understand that:
- They must choose to be their greatest asset, rather than their greatest liability;
- Success is the result of habits, behaviors, and attitudes that can be learned; and
- Short-, mid-, and long-term strategies are best pursued simultaneously.
Because areas of professional develop overlap and your needs may shift over time, we don’t ask you to commit to a multi-hour package deal covering a single topic. Instead, we’ll work with you to determine how you’d receive the most value.
