Another Hot Practice Area: IP Litigation

Companies spent $3 billion on intellectual property litigation during 2014, which makes IP litigation one of the fastest growing legal practice areas. BigLaw firms (defined here as firms with more than 750 attorneys) are bringing home a huge percentage of that $3 billion—61%.
