New Overtime Rules for Contract Attorneys?
The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing new rules about the overtime exemptions in the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and contract attorneys want in. United Contract Attorneys, a group lawyers trying to address and improve conditions (including pay) for contract attorneys, has put out a call to action.
