Natasha Alladina DiFiore
Lawyer Coach | Résumé Writer (we’re updating this page!)
A former practicing attorney and legal recruiter, Natasha leverages her private (AmLaw 100 and boutique firm), government, and nonprofit experience to guide attorneys through all types of career transitions – both within and out of the legal industry.
Natasha earned her JD, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law and a BA from Emory University. She began her career as an associate with an AmLaw 100 firm, focusing on class actions, government and internal investigations, and privacy and cybersecurity matters. Inspired by her pro bono work, she went on to serve as a public defender before returning to private practice to work on consumer financial services litigation matters with an AmLaw100 firm and general commercial litigation matters with a boutique firm based in Atlanta. She also has experience as a staff attorney for the Georgia Supreme Court and as a fellow with the Georgia Justice Project.
In each of these roles, Natasha organically became a go-to mentor for her peers and junior colleagues seeking personal branding and career guidance. Her superpower is uncovering and articulating cogent and compelling career narratives.
Following her work as a practicing attorney, Natasha became a legal recruiter, placing early career and individual contributor candidates in permanent hire roles with law firm and corporate legal department clients. Natasha also provided straightforward career advice and coaching to her candidates, quickly becoming known for her résumé and interview guidance. She then moved into a legal adjacent role in public policy where she led strategy and advocacy efforts to support Georgia’s legal and business climates before deciding to focus full time on writing and coaching as a legal résumé writer and strategic communications professional.
A first-generation lawyer and mother of two who has made several pivots within and out of the legal industry, Natasha can help lawyers think through a broad spectrum of career issues and changes ranging from traditional legal roles, legal adjacent roles, and non-legal roles. She is former Writer in Residence for Ms.JD and an Academy Certified Résumé Writer who equips clients to confidently convey their unique expertise and career story.

Background in Law and Legal Hiring
Natasha graduated with her JD, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law after receiving her BA in English from Emory University. During law school, Natasha served as a Lead Editor with and was published in the Alaska Law Review, which is published by Duke Law since Alaska does not have a state law school. As a Lead Editor, Natasha meticulously edited notes submitted for publication, advising on writing strategy and partnering with her colleagues to guide the note-writing process. She also served as Co-President of the South Asian Law Students Association and completed internships with a U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge, the Federal Defender Program, Inc., and the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. Natasha actively participated in Duke Law’s Wrongful Convictions Clinic both during and after law school. She and her team secured the exoneration of their innocent client shortly after she graduated, and Natasha’s work on the case inspired her extensive pro bono work and commitment to public service.
Natasha began her legal career as a commercial litigator at an AmLaw 100 firm where she represented clients in class actions, government and internal investigations, and privacy and cybersecurity matters. She led several pro bono projects and initiatives at the firm and mentored summer associates. Natasha then served as a public defender before returning to private practice to work on consumer financial services litigation matters with an AmLaw 100 firm and general commercial litigation matters with a boutique firm based in Atlanta. She also has worked as a staff attorney for the Georgia Supreme Court and as a fellow with the Georgia Justice Project.
After almost a decade as a litigator, Natasha channeled her diverse experience and love of personal branding into a career as a legal recruiter. She recruited early career and individual contributor candidates for permanent hire roles with law firm and corporate legal departments, with an eye toward diversifying the legal industry as a whole. Natasha also provided straightforward career advice and coaching to her candidates, quickly becoming known for her résumé and interview guidance.
Natasha then moved into a legal adjacent role in public policy where she led advocacy efforts to support Georgia’s legal and business climates before deciding to focus full time on writing and coaching—both as a legal résumé writer and as a communications professional advising on communications strategy and writing compelling copy for C-suite audiences.
